PRODUCT RETURN

Comp-U-Plus offers an exchange and refund policy on most items. Return exceptions for specific products are indicated on the individual product pages.

  • Returns must include all hardware, cables, software and manuals that were included in the original shipment, in the original manufacturer's box.

  • We are sorry we can not accept returns on software.

  • Comp-U-Plus is not responsible for any damage that our components may have caused.

  • Please be aware that the serial number on the item to be returned must match the original serial number of the product that was shipped to you. If you attempt to return an item that was not bought from Comp-U-Plus, you will NOT receive any sort of credit or exchange.
